Our vision is to provide amazing educational experiences for all learners who face challenges in succeeding in a mainstream school. The life and work of our provision and services is underpinned by our school values of FREE; Friendship, Respect, Effort and Equity. These are embedded in the way we work with our learners. We make it our priority to ensure that all learners feel secure, valued and are given the opportunity to fulfil their potential. We find ways for them to grow, build confidence, self-esteem, find their self-worth, develop their social skills, build confidence, independence and fill any gaps in their learning. This is supported by offering a personalised timetable to meet all our learners’ individual needs, ensuring all learners are able to have opportunities to access any missed learning, allowing learners to progress socially and academically. We believe that with early intervention, we can close gaps early and identify needs. Giving them back life chances that at times seemed lost to them. This leads to finding a brighter future either with The Bridge, or on to their next destination. We pride ourselves on knowing each and every young person and their families; this is the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our provision and all the young people who attend The Bridge, Clifton Centre.
