Meet Our Central Leadership Team
Our centres are overseen by a Central Leadership Team (CLT); providing strategic direction across multiple businesses. Day-to-day operations are managed by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), who report directly to the CLT and ensure the effective running of the provision.

I am the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and a member of the Central Leadership Team. My role is to provide high-level executive and operational support across the organisation. Working closely with the Managing Director, I support the strategic and day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure effective communication, organisation, and coordination across teams. I play a key role in managing priorities, supporting leadership processes, and enabling the organisation to operate efficiently and smoothly. I have a strong understanding of our values and mission and am committed to supporting the leadership team in delivering high-quality provision and positive outcomes for the young people we work with.

As the HR Director I assume responsibility for leading and developing the people strategy across the provision. My role focuses on ensuring that our workforce is well supported, skilled, and aligned with the organisation’s values and mission. I oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, staff development, wellbeing, performance management, and compliance, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Working within the Central Leadership Team, I support strategic decision-making and ensure that our people practices enable the provision to deliver high-quality provision and achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people we support.

Specialising in digital security, data & compliance, I assist the provision to operate safely, securely, and in full regulatory alignment, so staff can focus on what really matters: supporting learners who face barriers to mainstream education. I combine strategic oversight with operational insight — leading on data protection, cybersecurity, and governance — and translating complex regulations into practical, effective systems. My focus is on embedding a culture of digital confidence and evidence-informed decision-making, ensuring that every process drives positive outcomes for young people. With 16+ years of managerial experience and passion for the sector, I work to create environments where compliance and innovation go hand in hand, enabling transformative education for those who need it most.
